Brook was born and raised in the western outskirts of Melbourne, Victoria.
His love for country music began at an early age when he would spend hours immersed in his father’s record collection. He was baptized in the sounds of Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Kris Kristofferson, Hank Williams Sr , Charlie Pride, Jerry LeeLewis, and his favorite, Buddy Holly.
In 2008, he formed The Brook Chivell Band with some of Melbourne’s hottest musicians. Their self-titled debut album was released in 2011.
Brook has toured extensively over the past 4 years with The Brook Chivell Band and as a solo performer, and has built a passionate fan base.
He cannot wait to share the next chapter of his story and songs with national and international country music audiences.
